Other Church Staff
Christine Hunt has been our part-time Administrative staff for almost 7 years now.
Her roles include a lot of financial processes, reception, Pastoral support, even “hosting” our online congregation and a lot more.
Christine’s husband Glenn is an integral part of our tech ministry and all her kids - now adults - have been baptized at NAC and faithfully serve or have served at NAC for years.
Our Elders
Elders are the highest office in our local church Alliance constitution. They are elected by the membership to 2-year terms for a maximum of 3 concurrent terms. Elders oversee the vision, mission, direction and spiritual temperature of the Church.
Our Deacons
The Greek word diakonos (Deacon) simply means “servant”. There are the spiritual needs of the church and the practical needs of the church and while this is too simplistic a delineation, the Deacons are most often addressing the practical needs. (See Acts 6:1-7)
Deacons are appointed by our Elders for 2-year terms for a maximum of 3 concurrent terms.
